Thank you for visiting our online shop. Please note that all orders are processed from our office (Monday to Friday) – we don’t have a warehouse! When you buy from our site, you will receive an automated email confirming your order and we aim to despatch within two working days.
We have to charge postage for orders in order to keep our overheads as low as possible. This ensures that more of the money we raise goes towards funding advances in neurology and neurosurgery.
Postage for orders of £40* and under costs £3.50. Small items are posted Royal Mail First Class. Larger items are sent via Parcelforce or similar.
*With the exception of A Letter in Mind artworks. The despatch costs for artworks is £10 per item to cover the cost of Royal Mail Special Delivery (signed for and compensation for loss or damage). For 2+ artworks please note postage may be higher.
At present, we can only process online orders from within the UK.If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the UK, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the office so that we can advise you on the delivery charges.
