If you’re feeling active, why not take on one of our many challenge events. From marathons and bike rides to skydiving and treks, we have something for everyone.
Alternatively, organising your own event is great fun and a fantastically rewarding way to get involved and support our appeals. So why not join #TeamBrainAppeal fundraisers across the UK who are always coming up with clever and unique ideas to raise money for us. From wine tastings and golf days, cake sales, quiz nights to sponsored walks and Pyjama Parties, our incredible supporters never cease to amaze us.

- Broadcast your gaming! Make sure you communicate with your audience about why you are raising money in aid of The National Brain Appeal and encourage them to donate.

Donate your lunch/coffee money
Very few of us are back in the office full time after the pandemic – so why not turn hybrid working into a way to fundraise? If, during the working day you used to grab a takeaway coffee or go out for lunch, you could save that money you would have spent and donate it to The National Brain Appeal instead. You can make a donation on our website or by setting up a JustGiving page
Host a Murder Mystery
Host your very own Murder Mystery night! This is a great way to do something fun with a group of friends, family or colleagues, all while raising money in aid of The National Hospital and the 1 in 6 people affected by neurological conditions in the UK.
Purchase your voucher here which can be redeemed to play a downloadable murder mystery game from Crime Time, a fantastic specialist of online murder mysteries. Download the fun instantly from the comfort of your own home, with everything you need to start your murder mystery for between six and twelve people – instructions, theming and costume ideas, character profiles, invitations and a script or MP3 recording of the inspector.
How does it work?
- When you’ve bought a voucher, we’ll send you an email with your unique code and instructions on how to redeem it (please note, that vouchers will be sent within 24 hours of purchase Monday-Friday).
- Set up a JustGiving page and encourage each player to donate.
- Organise a date for your Murder Mystery experience to commence!
Host a performance/music/comedy night

1) Use Youtube, Facebook Live, Instagram Live or Twitch to stream
2) Create your JustGiving page

4) Ask for donations instead of a ticket charge
